Applications of the Mobile Welding Fume Filters

The AIR CLEAN is designed for applications requiring a more powerful mobile filtration system with pre-separation. The standard labyrinth pre-separator protects the fine filter from coarse particles. The certified filter cartridges provide a separation efficiency of more than 99.9%. Maintenance, cartridge removal, and emptying of the dust collection containers are designed for straightforward operation.
The AIR JETCLEAN DF is the mobile solution for applications where automatic filter cleaning is required. The system is also equipped with a labyrinth pre-separator, certified filter cartridges, and an extraction arm. The fully automatic filter-cleaning system supports a long filter-medium service life and makes the AIR JETCLEAN DF particularly suitable for frequent or intensive welding and grinding work.
Extraction at Changing Workplaces
In workshops, metal fabrication shops, and maintenance areas, work is often not carried out continuously at one fixed location. Mobile dust filters can be moved directly to the relevant workplace. The extraction arm is positioned at the emission source so that fumes or dust are captured as early as possible.
